1/2 cup hot water

2 c. Honey
2 c. Plain yoghurt
1 egg white (optional)
How to prepare it?
Mix hot water with oatmeal. Wait 3 min for the water-soaked flakes to swell. Add yogurt and egg white. Apply thickly to the face and rinse after 15 min.

Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg white

Ingredients
2 c. Unsweetened cocoa (or 2 dark chocolate squares)
1 C. Coffee of vegetable oil (argan, olive, walnut ...) (to choose).
1 C. Fresh cream
How to prepare it?
Mix all the ingredients (melt the chocolate in the bain marie before if it is in squares). Mix well until smooth and homogeneous. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse.

The antioxidant capacity of cocoa is three times higher than that of green tea. Eating 1 square of dark chocolate 70% cocoa is an excellent pleasure gesture for the skin and your health in general.
8. Purifying Mask With Clay

2 c. Clay powder
1 C. Of hazelnut oil
2 c. Mineral water
How to prepare it?
